What you get:
A minimum of 20 High Quality edited photos (per hour) -- these photos will be sent digitally and will be watermarked, however non watermarked copies can be requested at no extra cost.
Physical prints can be requested at an extra cost, and will be delivered to your address should you request this service.
Terms of Service:
1. Outline of service:
I as the photographer will work with you and your ideas. Any poses, locations and ideas can be worked on collaboratively and if you have any ideas, I will try my best to work to these ideas.
The cost of the photoshoot is £100 per hour or £60 for a discounted or half hour shoot. There is an additional cost of £10 per additional person or fursuiter.
You can expect to receive at the very least, 20 photos per hour, or 10 photos per half hour shoot. If you are taking a discounted shoot, this may be reduced, but we will aim to do the full 20!
Any requests for prints or physical medium shall be quoted separately per the client's request.
2. Copyright
I will retain all copyright to all images, and all images uploaded from photoshoots will be uploaded with an all rights reserved license.
You are free to use your images for personal use only.
This means:
Reposting for Social Media
Using them for Profile Pictures
Getting physical prints of the photos
You and others appearing in the photos are the only ones granted this license to repost the images, images may not be modified or edited without the express permission of The Arweinydd's Photography.
Commercial usage can be discussed, but will incur an additional fee.
On social media, we request that you attribute photos to us when posted, however, this is not a solid requirement.
3. Booking and payment
To book a photoshoot, you must complete the form to register your interest. Once you have registered your interest and heard back from The Arweinydd's Photography, you will be officially booked in for a photoshoot.
Your booking will be secured without payment IF it's a con photoshoot, however, if you choose to pay on the day, service will NOT begin until full payment has been received.
In the event of a private (non convention) photoshoot - 50% payment will be required upfront as a deposit via PayPal, this will only be refunded if The Arweinydd's Photography can no longer make the date for any reason.
You may pay the following 50% on the day of service via card reader or in advanced via PayPal.
4. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation on our behalf, you will be refunded the full amount paid, minus travel fees.
However, this will only happen in exceptional circumstances such as a medical emergency or family death.
In the event you cancel the photoshoot, the deposit will not be refunded. However, should you wish to reschedule the photoshoot, this can be done for an additional fee. Please contact us if this needs to be done and we will work to find a new date / time that works for you.
5. Image Quality
At a minimum, we will provide 20 High Quality, edited images that have been touched up in Lightroom.
We will send any final edits to you for your approval, should you not be happy with a way an image looks, you may give suggestions for how we can improve it at no extra cost, but as a general rule of thumb, we try our best to make the image look the very best that it can!
6. Delivery of Photos
Photos shall be sent via the selected contact method given on the contact form when the booking was made. Images will be sent in a high quality JPEG format, however, the client can also request PNG copies where required.
If the service does not directly support sending of uncompressed files, Google Drive or iCloud will be used to send files to the client.
7. GDPR
All data collected for use of the photoshoot will be destroyed after the photoshoot is finished, apart from invoicing purposes, as this information is required in tax returns. Invoices will be stored for a minimum of 2 years via QuickBooks and will only be shard with HMRC where requested for auditing purposes.
Your information will not be shared with any third parties apart from HMRC where outlined above.
You agree that any images captured on the day can be used for our portfolio and in commercial posts done by the business, unless agreed upon by the client beforehand.
